New Accounts Representative and Lending Assistant

Duties include opening deposit accounts for new customers; CDs, IRAs, Safety Deposit Boxes, new account documentation, cash handling, account maintenance, and inform new & existing customers of bank products and services; Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, and have the ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment; Responsible for preparing consumer and commercial loan documentation for new and renewal notes as well as handling walk-in customer loan inquiries; Excellent communication skills with customers and employees; Positive and friendly demeanor; Good organizational skills & two years of banking experience required.
Work Schedule includes Saturdays.

Daily duties of a Teller include: processing customer transactions and following procedures while paying attention to detail; maintain and balance cash drawer under established guidelines while making customers feel welcome with excellent customer service; any additional duties assigned.
Requirements: include at least 1 year teller experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and computer skills. Work schedule includes Saturdays.
